I have a few pair of outway socks which I really like. However one of the pairs has not stood up to much wear at all! Little holes have appeared in random places (near the ankle, near side of the foot) I have reached out to customer support but did not receive a response to my concern.
Ordering online is easy and once your order is placed you can track it. They keep you updated on the delivery time. Have had no issues at with any orders or deliveries.

Only because you keep asking for feedback. I like your socks. Your knee high socks should be 1.5 to 2 inches shorter. They should hit just below the knee. I'm 5'11 and the pairs I have should be shorter. The socks should end where your logo is currently placed.
I love your knee high socks as far as design. I find that they are slightly too tall in overall length. They roll over and bind just below the knee. 9 out of 10 just a slight shortening in length!
I purchased 2 pairs of crew length socks as gifts, and took the mystery pair for myself. I love these socks. The quality is excellent, they don’t “slouch”, and the petroglyphs pattern is just fun. The socks laundered great, and my sense is they’ll last a long time. Thanks Outway!!
I love the designs! Amazing! And the ankle socks are great! Unfortunately, as I have very thin ankles, none of the other pairs of socks fit me properly as they don’t really have female or male but just small… my very thin female ankles aren’t built for any of the other styles so unfortunately it was a bit of an expensive waste of money for me. :(
Customer service ROCKS!!! I found that some of my items were not quite the fit for me and I enquired about exchange. I was able to have additional items sent to me and not have to go through the hassle of returning my other items. The response time was super quick and very helpful with the two reps I dealt with (Maria & Aiko). This is how customer service is supposed to be like. Definitely order more!!! Thanks OUTWAY!!!
Went to MEC to look for these socks I really like some of the designs and they advertise proudly Canadian etc. thinking they were made in Canada and I’m about supporting locally I was disappointed in finding out after doing some quick googling:
While Outway heavily markets itself using Canadian identity (featuring maple leaves, Canadian city-themed designs, and slogans like "Proudly Canadian" or "Canada's #1 sock brand"), the socks themselves are manufactured internationally, primarily in the Philippines and China. The "Made in Canada" Distinction: Under Canada’s Competition Bureau rules, a company cannot claim a product is "Made in Canada" unless the vast majority of its manufacturing costs and transformation happened domestically. Outway skirts this restriction by explicitly labeling themselves as a Canadian brand rather than claiming their socks are made in Canada.’
I would have bought them because of the design socks I really liked the Canadian designs

I wanted to love these so much, I bought 15 pairs for myself and kid. Both of us have a really difficult time putting them on. We are athletic dudes without mobility issues, they just require more effort than I was expecting. Once on, they do feel good, but the awesome graphics get very distorted once stretched out and far less impactful or easy to see. I do have a size 13 foot and a high instep so that could be part of my problem. A few of my pairs seem to also have inconsistent sizing, as in the left/right fit differently. With at least one pair there is a sock that is far smaller than the other and literally impossible to put on, almost like it was the incorrect size label. I'm sure they would look after me with their fit guaranty but I'm too lazy to go through the hassle to return, so that one is on me fam.
