What makes Outway socks different?

Most brands treat socks as an afterthought. We only make socks, and we've been at it since 2016.

Every pair is built with performance yarns that pull sweat off the skin, an arch band and cuff compression that keep the sock where you put it, and a hand-linked toe with no seam to rub. Then we put a design on it that most brands wouldn't touch.

They work for the run, the lift, the ride, the workday, and whatever comes after.
What are they made of?

Depends on the line. Our Athletic socks use a polyester and nylon blend with spandex for stretch and recovery. Supima cotton for softness that holds up. Merino wool for temperature regulation and odour resistance in select styles.

Every line gets the same construction: arch support, cuff compression, and a hand-linked toe.
What size should I order?

Sizing is unisex and based on your shoe size. Check the sizing chart on any product page and match your size to the range.

If you're between sizes, size up. A sock that's slightly long will still sit right; one that's short will pull at the toe.
How do I wash them?

Cold wash, air dry. No bleach, no fabric softener. Softener coats the yarn and reduces wicking, which is the thing you paid for.

They'll survive a warm wash and a tumble dry if you're in a hurry. They'll just last longer if you aren't.
What's your warranty?

One year against manufacturing defects. If a seam fails or the knit gives out, we'll replace them.

Normal wear and tear, damage from removing packaging, and general use aren't covered. Bought from a retailer? Process the return through them. All claims are reviewed before approval.
How fast do you ship, and what if I need to return something?

Most US and Canadian orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days. You'll get a tracking link when it ships.

Returns and exchanges are open for 100 days. Socks need to be unworn and in the original packaging. Exchanges for a different size or design are available, with shipping and handling fees.
