What are Outway socks made of, and what sizes do you offer?

Outway socks are crafted with high-performance yarns like nylon, elastane, and merino wool (in select styles) for sweat-wicking breathability, durability, and all-day comfort. Designed for movement and built to last, they keep your feet cool, supported, and ready for anything.

How do I care for my Outway socks, and do you offer a warranty?

To keep your Outway socks performing at their best, wash them on cold and air dry—no bleach or fabric softeners. This preserves their durability, breathability, and vibrant design for the long haul.

We stand by our quality with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, incorrect packaging removal, and user damage aren’t covered. If you purchased from a retailer, please process returns through them. All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection.

What is your shipping, return, and exchange policy?

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the US and Canada, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link for real-time updates.

Not satisfied with your purchase? We’ve got you covered with hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Socks must be unworn and in original packaging to qualify. Exchanges for a different size or design are also available (shipping & handling fees apply).
